Solving consultants are encouraged to advise clients as if it were their own business and routinely show entrepreneurial flair and ability. They are pragmatic and down-to-earth and will speak in plain language. A Solving business consultant:
- Demonstrates a breadth of business and value chain understanding.
- Possesses the ability to work at the right level of detail and communicate simply and clearly.
- Brings in-depth technical knowledge and "subject matter expertise" in at least one specialist area
- Has 18 years experience from industry and business for Principal Grade and above, and at least 8 years experience at Senior Consultant Grade.
